All last week many of our Y6 pupils were away on their residential at Hindleap Warren. I was lucky enough to be able to join them for one day. Despite the rain I had a great day and it was lovely to see the children thoroughly enjoying themselves. They spent the whole week trying activities which challenged them as well as having lots of fun. I had a go at the archery[!] and made an unimpressive start by shooting my arrow into the ceiling. The children were a lot better than me!
Thank you to all the children who behaved brilliantly and made the staff proud. I would also like to say a huge thank you to all the Rushy staff who were there too, particularly those who were there for the whole week.
